Summer is in full swing, which means it is time to buy boots, sweaters and coats, right? Right? The answer to that question is up to you, but the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale kicks off today for Nordstrom cardholders.

This sale is different from the rest because it is brand new fall merchandise being sold at a discount. Come August prices will go back up, so this is a great time to stock up on basics and fall essentials. Early access for all Nordstrom credit or debit card holders starts online today (July 12th) at 9:30 am PST and in local stores. If you aren’t a Nordstrom cardholder, you can start shopping this sale on July 20th.
Clearly I love to shop and enjoy a good sale, but I have a hard time shopping for sweaters and jackets when it is 115 outside. Heck, the stores will be offering Christmas sales by the time I really need sweaters in AZ. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t a ton of basics, shoes, accessories, home items and other goodies that I can use now. I also came up with a nice little collage with items included in the sale that you can wear this summer.
