I love how around the holidays, it is totally acceptable to post pictures on the internet of you and your family wearing Christmas jammies. No other time of year do you commonly see grown adults flaunting what they are wearing to bed. In fact, this past weekend, I was up in Flagstaff, AZ and took my kids on the Polar Express, which is put on by the Grand Canyon Railway. The train was packed to the brim with people decked out in pajamas, robes and slippers, just like the movie. And no, not just the kids. I’d say more than 75% of the adults were wearing pj’s too. It was awesome.
Yes, this is the exact pair I wore on the Polar Express. Pretty cute, huh?!?
Well, since I know I wasn’t the only person on the hunt for a new pair of jammies this year, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite pairs for the holidays. Or June. We wear holiday pajamas around my house year-round, so no judgment if you rock some reindeer pants in the summer.

My exact pair of jammies above were purchased at Old Navy (top here and leggings here). A lot of the patterns and sizes are picked over online, but my local store had A TON of them available. My blue buffalo plaid set cost me less than $15, but I know Old Navy changes their promos almost daily. Awesome pj’s for such a great price.
My kids in the photo at the top of this post are wearing the Dear Deer pattern jammies available at Hanna Andersson. Hanna’s jammies aren’t the cheapest around, but they are amazing quality. I actually bought this set for my kids last Christmas and they still look brand new. Since the kid’s pajamas have the stretchy band on the wrist and ankles, I went up a size so I could get two years of use out of them. I also love how they having the women’s nightgown in the same pattern. So so cute.
If you are worried about your pajamas arriving in time for the big day, Amazon is always an awesome option. I personally love these red buffalo plaid fleece set, but there are a million other options available for the entire family.
Target can do no wrong around the holidays, so it should be no surprise they have an adorable selection of Christmas pajamas. This snowflake and reindeer print remind me a lot of the Hanna Andersson pattern, but for a much more affordable price.
Have you bought Christmas jammies yet this year?
