Athleisure Gift Guide

 Fitness Gift Guide

We all know athleisure has been a big trend for a while now. Whether you or your gift recipient like to hit the gym on a regular basis or prefer to spend your days in leggings, looking like you could go workout but have zero intentions of doing so, this is the gift guide for you. No judgment either way. I’ll be the first one to admit I regularly wear leggings and sneakers just to go to the grocery store. Perfect attire for “running” errands. Enough with the bad jokes, let’s get to it.

Lululemon Wild and Free Tank

Anyone who has read my blog for a while now knows I am a huge fan of Lululemon. Yes, it is often way more expensive than the competition, but I just can’t get enough of that luon goodness. I’ve developed quite a skill at finding awesome items on their We Made Too Much sale page, including this Wild and Free tank. It has mesh detail on the back and is available in a couple different colors. Super cute for $39.

Athleta Criss Cross Leggings Crops

I own these exact Athleta Mind Over Mat capris and I seriously receive compliments on them every single time I wear them. Criss cross patterns are super trendy right now, so it shouldn’t be surprising that this trend made it into the athleisure world. They also come in grey if you have too many pairs of black leggings in your closet. #guilty

Adore Me Tala Criss Cross Leggings

Does everyone know that Adore Me makes activewear? The company is best known for their lingerie subscription boxes, so it makes perfect sense that they bridged their way into the wonderful world of sports bras and stretchy pants. This Tala set (yes, it comes with the bra) reminds me a lot of the leggings sold at Athleta, but the entire set is available for just around 1/3 of the price. The first set is only $25 for new subscribers, which is a total steal.

Sparkly Soul No Slip Headband

I did an entire blog post back in September about Sparkly Soul headbands. These are the only headbands I can wear to exercise because they seriously stay in place. They don’t slip off and come in a billion different colors and patterns. If Santa happened to leave one or two of these in my stocking this year, I wouldn’t be upset!

 Contigo Water Bottle with Straw

I included the Hydro Flask water bottle in my men’s and women’s gift guides this year, but I realize not everyone is in the market to buy a $45 water bottle. Therefore, it only makes sense to include a slightly more affordable option. I currently use and love the 32 oz Contigo straw water bottle. I drink more water because of the straw and it just does what I need it to do.

Gold Apple Watch

Finally, any workout-aholic would love an Apple Watch. This cool little gadget incorporates fitness tracking so you can easily tell how many calories you burned or didn’t burn, depending on the day. I own this exact watch and wear it every single day. Probably more of a splurge gift, but a very good one.

How do you feel about athleisure?
