Trend Alert: Fall Florals

Has anyone else noticed the insane amount of floral patterns floating around for fall this year?!? Everyone typically equates florals with spring, but the fashion gods are really mixing things up this year. I’m absolutely loving all the navy, black and brown being mixed with flowery patterns. I personally think florals are the perfect pattern to mix in with the insane amount of plaid going on right now.

I found this navy off the shoulder top at a cute little mall shop and I couldn’t find it online for the life of me. Luckily, I did find a ton of other cute options that I couldn’t resist sharing below.

Even though I couldn’t find my exact navy top, I did stumble upon this black TopShop floral off the shoulder top which is pretty darn close. It would look fantastic with black or dark denim and a cute pair of booties. This top has “date night” or “girls night out” written all over it!

I’m in love with this navy pintuck popover from Madewell. It totally works with jeans or could easily be paired with a cute skirt for work. Now if only Madewell would mark this one down since it is $79.50 (eeeek)!

This printed henley blouse might be a tad too many flashy flowers for some, but if anyone else loves color as much as I do, it might be a great option. I love the popover blouse style from J. Crew Factory and their stuff is wayyy cheaper than the full-price retail store. Make sure to check out the sale codes at the top of their website for an additional discount. They change constantly, but usually you can snag an additional % off clearance items. #score

I’m absolutely loving floral dresses right now. I’m pretty sure my Thanksgiving outfit will be a floral dress, but I have no idea where it will be from just yet (is it bad I’m already thinking about that?!?!). This red floral dress from Target is seriously one of my top contenders. I love the pockets and the fact it looks cute with black booties. Like I said before, Target has been killing it lately when it comes to fashion!

I’m also a big fan of this Lush Whitney dress from Nordstrom. The back features a cute diamond cutout and the bell sleeves are also super on-trend right now. The price isn’t bad either at $48.

Old Navy has had a TON of fall florals out this year for crazy cheap prices. If you live somewhere warm like me, you might be able to get away with this sleeveless V neck floral dress, which is only $15! If sleeves are better suited for your climate, go with this floral pleated tie-neck dress. I can totally see this one paired with black tights if you need a little extra leg coverage!

What do you think? Are you a fan of fall florals or would you rather stick to plaid?
