What I Wore Wednesday

Hey everyone! I had so much fun last week linking up with The Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday that I decided to do it again. This is your opportunity to get a sneak peak into my life and what I’m wearing on a daily basis. I’ll spare you most of my workout outfits, but some definitely creep in since I’m a mom and that’s what I look like most of the time. Just keeping it real. Let’s get to it.

Cinco de Mayo outfit: Old Navy linen dress (exact here), Kendra Scott Rayne Necklace (exact here), Tory Burch sandals (similar here).

In case you were wondering, no, I did not wear the sombrero. But don’t you think it looked great with my outfit?!?! I’m in love with this Old Navy dress. I originally talked about it in my Easter Dresses post and my love for it has only grown. Looks way more expensive than it is and I know I’ll get a ton more use out of it this summer. I ordered it online and got a petite (I’m 5’3″) since I prefer my dresses a little bit shorter. Keep that in mind in case you are considering it as well.

Lilly Pulitzer dress (same style here), GAP denim jacket (similar here), GAP Factory wedges (similar here), Michael Kors bag (similar here), Kendra Scott necklace (similar here), Kendra Scott bracelet (similar here).

This dress is from last year’s Lilly Pulitzer pattern collection, but the same Monterey style is still available. It is uber comfortable, but I do recommend sizing down since it runs big.

Mother’s Day outfit: LOFT Crochet YOKE Dress (exact here), Lia Sophia earrings which you can’t see at all (company no longer in business), Tory Burch patent sandals (similar here), Ted Baker sunglasses (exact here).

I recently purchased this LOFT dress and I’m obsessed. It is seriously the most comfortable thing ever and I know I’ll get a ton of use out of it this year. I’m going on a big trip soon and it is absolutely coming with me since it can easily be dressed up or down, and won’t wrinkle. It is super flowy and the total opposite of form-fitting. This dress would be perfect if you are newly pregnant and want a forgiving outfit (and no, I’m NOT pregnant, I just like flowy dresses).

Even though my kiddos refused to smile for the camera, aren’t they cute?!

Lululemon Swiftly Tech Racerback tank in heathered black (exact here), Under Armour leggings (old), Nike Dual Fusion Trail Running shoes (similar here).

Most of the time, this is my look. I love getting dressed up, but this is my reality. The landscape on my hike isn’t too shabby looking though, is it?

J Brand dot jean shorts (old), Old Navy t-shirt (exact here), Tory Burch patent sandals (similar here), Kendra Scott statement necklace (similar here), Kate Spade bag (similar here).

To me, this outfit is the perfect mix of comfortable, but put together. A comfy t-shirt, jean shorts and a few cute accessories. Done and done.

Also, on an unrelated note, today I’m blogging over at Scottsdale Moms Blog about tips for going to the splash pad with your kids. I’m not sure if splash pads are plentiful in your area, but they are everywhere here in AZ.

What do you think about the What I Wore Wednesday series? Should I keep participating?
