Holiday Shopping at Tempe Marketplace

I need that knit headband

Like a lot of you, I do a good chunk of my holiday shopping online. However, every single year I reach a point where I’m about half way through my gift list and I completely run out of ideas. This is the point in the season where I hit the physical stores. Like last year, I turned to Tempe Marketplace this holiday season to make sure I can be the very best Santa possible.

You guys may know I’ve been collaborating with Tempe Marketplace on a monthly basis in 2018. It’s a great place to shop year-round, but especially around the holidays. They have so many fun events to keep you in the holiday spirit. I’m talking live music, breakfast with Santa, nightly snowfall from 7-8pm and one of the best Christmas trees in town. I mean, check this baby out:

Does it get more festive than that? OK, I’ll stop talking about the tree and move onto the gifts. I recently hit up a few of their stores to see what gift ideas I could find. First off, JC Penny. I’ll admit, this isn’t a store I typically think to stop at. However, I was shocked at how many cute things I found inside!! Not only do they have gifts for the entire family, but I’m obsessed with this bright striped sweater (it runs small, make sure to size up) as well as my new black sherpa pullover (that one runs true to size). Both items are also right around $20. Trust me, I’ll be back!

Next up, Old Navy. To me, Old Navy is such a holiday classic. Bring on all the $1 cozy socks and Frost Free puffer vests! I love a classic holiday plaid and this tartan red plaid was just that. Especially when paired with a black puffer and a knit ear warmer, I look like I’m ready for the snow. Well, at least the Tempe Marketplace nightly snowfall! Here are a few other gift ideas I saw in the store:

Love these cute slippers

What cute men's pajamas

Love plaid shirts for men

Next up is none other than Target. Be still my shopaholic heart. First thing my eyes spotted was this black fringe jacket. Perfect piece for a holiday party, NYE or just a night out on the town. I also saw the Tempe Marketplace Target is still stocked with my all-time favorite black fur lined mules. These are only $25 and have been on my feet constantly this holiday season. Finally, hit up the Sugarfix by BaubleBar display for $12 jewelry (the perfect stocking stuffer!), wine-related hostess gifts or the nostalgic game section.

Last stop on this Santa excursion was Nordstrom Rack. I’m naturally attracted to all things cozy this year (did you check out my cozy gift guide?) and spotted these fleece joggers. Perfect for hot chocolate by the fire. They also had some of the cutest holiday pajamas! Scroll down for a few more gift ideas.
