It is no secret that I love a good cardigan sweater. I have a shelf in my closet dedicated to mostly longer, comfy cardigans which can easily be thrown on top of any outfit. However, most of my cardigans are solid colors. I mean, how many beige, grey and black sweaters does a girl need? If you are my husband, don’t answer that question.

But there is something about a statement sweater that is just so much fun. It is warm, comfy, not restricting and it can be thrown over a dress, t-shirt or button-down. I wore this cardigan when our family was up in Flagstaff, Arizona for the weekend. You may notice there is a bit of snow under the trees in a couple of these pictures. No, we are clearly not at home in Phoenix with snow on the ground. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the little remaining snow piles, and I loved throwing a bit of white into the mix in these photos.
