Hello long weekend!!! I don’t think there is a single person in America who is upset about an extra day off work. I personally will be spending my weekend kid-free celebrating 10 wonderful years with my lovely husband. We are jetting off to Oregon in the morning for some hiking, wine tasting, dinners in Portland and sleeping in past 7am. #momheaven
Before I go, there are wayyy too many amazing Labor Day sales going on right now. I felt it was my blogger duty to share a few of these with you.
Nordstrom started their summer clearance sale today. I think the purpose of the sale is meant to clear out summer stuff, but they have a ton of cute stuff that would be perfect for fall marked way down. I personally love the Zella Live In leggings and spotted this cropped pair, which is half off at $25.98 (originally $52). There are a few different patterns available.
J. Crew Factory has almost everything 50% off, including clearance. Plaid is going to be huge for fall again this year, so these plaid popovers are perfect for the coming months. I own the blue and pink plaid shirt and it is a perfect lightweight material, especially for those of us who live in warm climates. At half off, they come down to only $15 (originally $64). I’m seriously considering if I need the blue and red pattern, too. There is also an orange plaid pattern on the same product page that is marked down to only $12.50 with the discount. Be aware, the style does run big. I usually wear an XS and went with an XXS in this exact shirt. I’ve never been an XXS in my life, so that might tell you something about sizing. Go down a size, I promise.
BaubleBar has an extra 20% all sale items this weekend only. I’m loving this adorable pom pom bracelet (only $12.80!!) and the yellow tassel necklace I ordered last month is now marked down even further (now only $16). It doesn’t hurt that BaubleBar also has free shipping and free returns!!
We all know I’m pretty much obsessed with Tory Burch sandals and this sale is too good to not share. The Terra thong sandal is now marked down to $87.50 (originally $125) in navy and poppy red. I feel like anytime you can get a pair of Tory Burch sandals for under $100, that’s a great deal. This classic style will go with pretty much everything.
Anyone have kids? Crazy 8 has all kids jeans on sale right now for $8.88, plus the entire store is $12.99 or less, plus shipping is free using code FREEWKND. Since I know my kids jeans from last winter are probably at least 2 inches too short by now, I’ll absolutely be ordering a few pairs at that price!!!
Today is the last day for the Toms Surprise Sale. I’ll admit, I saw this sale pop up earlier this week and I wasn’t all that excited about it. All sales are not created equal. However, Toms did add a few new items today, so even if you looked at the sales earlier this week, it might be worth a second peruse. I’m pretty sure this pair of Avalon slip on sneakers is new to the sale and is adorable. I have this same style of Toms in red and black patent and they are seriously comfortable. They have a super squishy insert on the bottom that I’ve never seen in any other pair of Toms. Both my mom and sister-in-law bought these shoes based off my recommendation and wear them constantly. If you dig the pattern, this one is worth buying for $41.40 (originally $69).
Don’t forget about all the cute stuff over at Gretchen Scott Designs that is 75% off this weekend as well. I also stopped at Dillards this morning who has Clinique Bonus Week going on through September 21st. Might as well get a few freebies if you are planning to make a purchase anytime soon.
