Athleta Semi-Annual Sale

I’ve really come around to Athleta over the last 6 months. I used to head straight to lulu and not look back, but Athleta is fast becoming a new favorite. I’ve found Athleta has comparable quality, but usually is a little bit cheaper. So when they rolled out the semi-annual sale today, I was excited about a few of the price cuts. Here are a few items that are really tempting my wallet right now…

I saw this Sugar Wash tank in the store a month or two ago and I absolutely loved it. Semi-fitted (not too loose but not too tight), super-soft cotton and really cute colors. I didn’t buy it because the $44 price tag at the time seemed a bit steep for a cotton tank. However, a few of the colors are now marked down to $26.99. This top is probably better suited for everyday wear instead of the gym, but there is no reason you couldn’t wear it to workout, too.

If you are looking for a good workout tank, this Fastest Track tank gets amazing reviews – 4.5/5 stars from 550+ people. The best part is the price. It is only $16.99 in the two colors shown above, with a few more colors available for a little more moola.

A bunch of girls in my workout classes wear these really cute Ready Set Shorts. They have a 4″ inseam so they are a tad longer than the Lululemon Speed Shorts, which I know a lot of people feel are way too short. The orange are on sale for $24.99 and the purple for $26.99.

Finally, I’m having a hard time resisting these magenta Energy Chaturanga Capris, which are marked down to $29.99. I have a pair of Athleta capris that have become one of my favorite go-to pairs. The Chaturanga style is classic and the space dye material is really cute. If you are debating between two sizes, I recommend sizing down for a slightly snugger fit.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50 and all the items above can be returned if they don’t work out. There are also a lot of swimwear available on the sale site, but if you ask me, the prices still seem a little high. I’m a little surprised since it feels like the summer flies by after the 4th of July.
