Tory Burch announced her latest sale today. It is a good one, but there is a catch. You have to spend $200 or more after discounts in order to get a discount, which honestly isn’t hard to do when you are talking about designer goods. But if you’ve been thinking about making a purchase, now is the time to do it.
Here’s the scoop on the Spring Event:
Spend $250 and get 20% off
Spend $500 and get 25% off
Spend $750 and Tory Burch will hand-deliver your items to your doorstep AND give you a hug for spending so much.
Just kidding.
Spend $750 and get 30% off (and you can call yourself a baller)
Use code BLOOM for the promotion and Tory will throw in free shipping as well. So nice of her, huh. Here are a few awesome things I’d buy if I had an unlimited budget:
How cute is this floral tote bag? Floral patterns are super trendy this year and this bag is perfect for spring and summer. With the discount code it comes down to $236 (originally $295).
If you are looking for a smaller spring bag, go for this Robinson adjustable shoulder bag. You can leave the chain strap long to wear it cross-body, or double it up to wear it as a shorter shoulder bag. I have this exact same style bag in grey which I purchased for a steal last summer at a Tory Burch sample sale in NYC (read about my experience here).
Espadrilles are super hot again this year and I love this Bima wedge metallic pair. These would seriously be perfection for a shower or outdoor casual wedding (as well as everything in between). They come down to $220 (originally $275) using the promo code.
I splurged a few months back and made my annual Tory Burch sandal purchase. I buy one pair each year and wear them to death. This year, I bought the quilt stitch studded thong sandal in nude and they felt like they were made for my feet on the first wear. Some of my other TB sandals have required some breaking in before they felt comfortable, but not this pair. They are glorious and they match with literally everything in my closet. The only problem with them as it relates to this sale is they fall below the $250 threshold to get a discount (they are $225). Therefore, you might as well throw something else in your cart to save 20%. I recommend these crystal pearl stud earrings, which are $75. Both items together will cost $240 after the discount, meaning you will only pay an extra $15 to get a pair of adorable TB earrings. If that isn’t sensible shopping, I don’t know what is.
Nordstrom also price-matched a ton of stuff, as well as added a few sale items that are below $250. I love these Marion quilted sandals, which come in black, nude and red. They are also on the Tory Burch website, but they are cheaper at Nordstrom since they are 33% off, bringing them down to $129.90 (originally $195). Make sure to check out the Nordstrom page since there is no minimum for the discounts and returns might be a tad bit easier.
What items would you buy if you had an unlimited budget? Would you still buy them on sale (I would!!!)?
