Last Call on Kendra Scott (All Under $40)

I think it has been at least a week or two since I’ve blogged about a Kendra Scott sale, so I’m clearly long overdue. I was shopping for a certain sister’s birthday gift today who recently mentioned she was in the market for some new jewelry. It is a GREAT idea to tip off your sister with a shopping blog when you have a birthday coming up. Obviously, I took to the internet and started searching for some cute baubles. My usual sites weren’t producing any enticing results, so after I few Google searches, I found myself on www.lastcall.com, which is Neiman Marcus’ sale site. I’m a total newbie to Last Call and was shocked how many great designers they had out there for cheap. This might be my first experience, but definitely not my last.

Click here to view the full selection of Kendra Scott items. Now, before I go any farther, Last Call charges for shipping. I personally HATE paying for shipping so any time I end up on a site with shipping charges, I always Google “{insert online store} promo code” to see if I can find an online coupon for free shipping or another discount. Today, I couldn’t find one for free shipping, but RetailMeNot let me know Last Call has a $10 off a $50 purchase code with code AUGWLC10 (code expires on 9/10/2015). #score

Here are my picks for under $40:

I’ll be honest, I had a hard time not ordering this Catherine crystal pendant necklace for myself. This would be the perfect everyday necklace for work since most professionals live in black pants, or anyone else who wears black as much as I do. A great size too – noticeable but not over the top.  With the standard Last Call promos they have going on right now, it comes down to $32 (originally $50). And don’t forget about the $10 off a $50 purchase code with code AUGWLC10. You’ll have to buy two items to get the discount, but I bet it won’t be hard to find something else you like. #twistmyarm

I also love this berry Keri crystal pendant necklace, which is $24 (originally $40). And it comes in tons of colors: red, cobalt, black iridescent, blue, green, white, clear. Such a good price point, too. If you need to buy a gift for someone soon, this is a great item to scoop up (even if you are buying a gift for yourself). #noshame

I love the simplicity of this Arden bangle bracelet, which would look great stacked with a watch or another bracelet. But warning, this style DOES NOT mix with knit sweaters. I actually purchased this bracelet last year in the drusy stone right in the middle of winter – in AZ, this means sweater season. I found this style to be snag-city, so this one went back to the KS store. If you are planning to wear it in the summer or with cotton, you are good to go. If you live in sweaters, I’d stay away from this particular style. On sale for $32 (originally $50).

These Cathy cracked crystal earrings are just pretty, especially for $32 (originally $50).

Isn’t this Khammi stone bracelet in green cool? This one is more of a statement piece than the other pieces featured above, which would be perfect paired with a basic shirt, dress or sweater. Technically, this one is just over $40 – it is $42.75 (originally $135), but if you buy something else and use the $10 off code, it will probably drop below that $40 price point. I can see this being a perfect gift for a mom or grandmother. Or yourself. #againnoshame

If a certain sister of mine happens to receive something off this list, please act surprised. I’d personally be pumped to receive any of these items in the mail, so I figured sharing the love on the blog was worth ruining the surprise. Happy Friday, everyone!!
