Friday is finally here!! Woo hoo! No time to waste today, let’s get right to it.
I know I tend to write about clothes and accessories, but there were a number of home sales that caught my eye today. Restoration Hardware has 20% off almost everything. I love Restoration Hardware, but man, their stuff is expensive. However, I can guarantee it doesn’t get any better than their sheets and towels. Even if it does require you to work an entire week to pay for it.
I have one set of RH sheets and one set of what I’d consider decent quality sheets. Every time I do laundry and we rotate the sheet sets, I’m bummed when my RH set isn’t up for use. They really are THAT much better. Even my husband has commented on when it is time for the other set to go on our bed. For a man to recognize sheet quality like that, I think it really says something. I have the Garment-Dyed Sateen Sheets, which come in 12 colors are about 30% off right now. If you need an amazing new set, get on these before the price goes back up at the end of the weekend.
Restoration Hardware’s towels are also pretty much the best things I’ve ever used. Much, much better than the expensive brands they sell at Macy’s and Bed, Bath and Beyond, but you do pay for the difference in quality. Right now they are also 30% off, so it might be worth picking up a few and accumulating more over time. And get this, they come in 37 colors. THIRTY-SEVEN. I don’t think I could even name 37 colors if you asked me to. Pretty impressive.
I don’t know why, but apparently I have linens on the brain today. Pottery Barn Kids seriously makes the cutest beach towels around. I initially used to think a beach towel is a beach towel, but I get compliments on mine every time my kids use them. They are great quality and hold up well even after a couple years of use. Well, except the one towel last summer that blew off a chair and sat at the bottom of my pool for over a week until we noticed it was there. I do not recommend leaving your nice towels soaking in chlorine water for weeks on end. That blue towel is now an odd shade of purple, but we still use it. #noshame
I personally love their hooded towels for the kids. They make a little baby size and a larger size which I’d recommend for any kid over the age of 2. Right now they are 40% off with free shipping. Just in time for the summer pool season.
If I had the opportunity to start fresh and re-design my entire home from one store, I would hands-down choose Crate and Barrel. I absolutely love their bright colors and simple designs. Their furniture can be spendy but a lot of the accessories come at very decent prices. For this weekend only they have 15% off almost the entire store using code SAVE15.
