What I Wore Wednesday and Instagram Round-up

It has been a while since I joined The Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday. I decided today is the day to get back into the saddle, especially since I’ve been taking more pictures and working hard on my Instagram game (follow me here).

How cute is this cold shoulder dress? I’m a true bargain hunter and found this gem on the clearance rack at Target for only $7! It is the same as the black version a bunch of us bought and love from earlier this summer. Unfortunately, I can’t find it anywhere online, but this version from Nordy’s is pretty similar and only $46. My exact necklace here and similar sunglasses here.

I’ve been wearing this kimono on repeat, which I previously blogged about here. I’m also in love with my open toe booties and my Kendra Scott Rae necklace. You’ll continue to see a lot of these over the next few months.

My rainbow bib necklace is also nowhere to be found online, but this one and this one have a similar look. I adore how it completely dresses up a plain black tank. I found a similar pair of sunglasses here.

Yep, this kimono again. If you’ve been thinking about grabbing one of these beauties, do it. You won’t regret spending only $22.99 on it.

This dress with crochet trim was another amazing $6 clearance item that is nowhere to be found online. I’m thinking about wearing it for new head shots next week so you’ll likely be seeing more of it. I’m also a fan of this black crochet trim dress if you are looking for something similar.

I’ve been loving plaid shirts, jean shorts and booties a lot lately. Maybe a little too much. But apparently I’m convincing a few of you that is a good idea because I got a text today from a friend with a picture of her wearing a similar outfit. My exact plaid popover here and booties here. I’m guessing no one is in the market for jean shorts right now so I’m skipping over those completely.

You guys already saw this outfit on a blog post last week, but I couldn’t resist posting it again in case you missed it.

I love off the shoulder tops for fall, especially in a hot climate like AZ. I paired this black top (sold out but similar here) with jean shorts. I will transition to wearing jeans with it once it cools down. This chunky wooden bead necklace is super old (like probably a decade old), but it has always been one of my favorites. It makes me laugh because I think it was $8 from Forever 21. Goes to show cute jewelry doesn’t have to cost you a fortune. This one has a similar look.

Yes, this necklace again. I went to dinner on Saturday night with a friend and we showed up wearing almost the exact same outfit. This chambray dress is a couple years old and I’ve gotten so much use out of it. I really like this one if you are in the market for a new one.
