Hola, amigos!! I know, it has been ages since I’ve had an opportunity to write a blog post. I’ve spent the past couple weeks with my family in Ohio, enjoying the last few days of summer vacation before my son goes back to school. While I’m going to miss the lazy mornings and days spent hanging by the pool, I’m ready to get back to some kind of schedule. Let’s be honest, this Type A mom loves a schedule!
I’ve been working on a bunch of new posts, but I figure there is nothing better than a Tory Burch Private Sale to get back into the swing of blogging. I’ve always loved Tory Burch and this sale has some pretty good prices. A few cute shoe and clothing styles, but I personally think this sale is killing it with the handbag and wallets. Cute, cute, cute. Here are my favorites:
I’m totally crushing on this Marion center zip tote bag. It is a shoulder bag that features a leather braided chain, tons of space and a center zip pocket in the middle for organization. My daughter is this close to being potty trained and I’m getting excited to pack away my Tory Burch diaper bag and replace it with an actual purse. If I didn’t just have to write a check for $300 to repair my microwave, I’d seriously be thinking about ordering this one. It is going for $239 (originally $495) which is amazing for a full size leather bag.
I’m a big fan of both of these cross-body styles. The Kira metallic clutch comes in light gold and features a removable strap. The pebbled leather swingpack comes in light oak, which I’m assuming is a light tan color. Both are going for $189 (originally $395). Adorable for those days where you don’t need a ton of stuff.
This Marion smartphone wristlet caught my eye, especially since it is only $129 (originally $250). Again, this is a good one for days where you don’t need a lot of stuff. This cute little bag gets great reviews and can easily fit a phone, lipstick and cards. The perfect wallet/clutch combo.
There are a few adorable true wallets to choose from, but I really like this Kerrington zip continental wallet for $79 (originally $185) and this patent leather continental wallet for $99 (originally $195).
How cute are these Bandelier fringe booties?! The little bit of fringe detail on them is perfect for days when you just need a hint of pizzazz. I don’t think they feature the classic Tory Burch logo anywhere visible, which some of you might like and some of you might feel it should be present if you are paying $199 for booties (originally $525).
I also think these Raya lace-up wedges are pretty cute. I meant to buy myself a pair of lace up sandals this summer and never quite got around to it. Now that I’m scoping out the fall bootie selection, I’m not sure I’ll spring for them, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. These are going for $179 (originally $425).
Finally, there are quite a few clothing items up for grabs. Tons of swimsuits, but all private sale items are final sale, so purchasing a swimsuit over the internet without the option to return is pretty risky. I do like this linen and crochet dress, which I think would be best suited as a cover-up. The middle is see-through crochet, so if you have abs of steel and want to show them off at dinner, go for it. I personally have had two kids and prefer to keep my abs fully covered while dining, but it is fair game at the pool. #momlife
What do you think? Any private sale items calling your name?
Glad you were able to get away this summer but I know what you mean. It’s great to get away but it’s also great to be home and in your routine.
I always love it when Tory has a sale but I didn’t see any “must have” items included in this sale. I like the collection of wallets but I just bought two new Tory wallets last Fall. I did however recently use some $50 off coupons to buy a couple new pairs of Tory flats. My newest favs are these clay pink TB Jolies flats.
