By far, my favorite trend of the summer has been tassels. I don’t know what it is but I just can’t get enough of those little gathered bunches of string. Tassels so much fun and the perfect way to add a pop of color to any outfit. I always gravitate toward long pendant necklaces, I think because they give the illusion I’m taller than I am. I bought a few beaded tassel necklaces in Bali earlier this summer for only a couple bucks each and I’m kicking myself for not purchasing one in every color. #shoppingregrets
I bet crafty people could totally make something like this themselves, but since I pretty much lack the crafting gene, I live for sales like this one. I’ve been admiring BaubleBar’s jewelry for years at Nordstrom, but I’ve never actually purchased a piece before. This sale is seriously tempting me at the moment.
My favorite piece in the sale is probably this Mardi Gras necklace. Anyone who stays away from color probably would turn their nose at this necklace, but I think it is perfection. The yellow/multi one might need to come live at my house, especially since it is only $22 (originally $32).
If you are looking for a classic tassel to match with everything, this ivory mini pearl necklace is amazing, especially since it is only $18 (originally $38). Throw this baby on with a black top or dress and you are good to go.
If metal tones are more your thing, I also really like this leather tassel necklace which comes in bronze, pewter or snakeskin. Adorable for only $18 (originally $36).
Finally, this beaded tassel trio is an amazing deal at $28 for THREE necklaces. They can be worn as a set or individually. The length looks a tad shorter on the model than the other options above, but still equally adorable.
Do you love tasseled necklaces as much as I do?
