Am I the only one who is totally underwhelmed by the sales going on right now? I sat down the past few days to write a post and honestly couldn’t find a sale that was worth the time to write about. It almost feels like retailers marked stuff down early and now expect everyone to pay full price or something. Not gonna happen. Or at least not by me.
Here are a couple somewhat notable sales going on right now. Not as good as the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, but better than nothing if you still are working on your shopping list.
Hannah Andersson has 25% off the entire store through 12/13, but you actually have to go into a physical store to get the discount. I bought my daughter this dress for Christmas, which has gold sparkles on the collar and on the ruffles. They have really cute stuff, but is it worth dealing with trying to find a parking spot at the mall on a weekend? I’ll let you decide for yourself, but I can tell you my thoughts on the matter. #noway
J. Crew Factory has 50% off everything, prices as marked online. I feel like the store always has 50% off, so this isn’t really anything different, but there are still some pretty amazing items for cheap. I recently purchased these skinny sweats for myself (happy birthday to me) and they are now my favorite go-to pants for wearing around the house. They are slim fitting and sort of look like leggings, but they have the comfort level of fleece-y pants. Heaven. They also have an additional 40% off clearance with code EXTRA40.
Vineyard Vines has an additional 40% off clearance items plus free shipping with code JINGLE2015 through 12/14. As boring as a shirt can be, I think almost every single guy on my list asked for a shirt this year. I suppose with this approach, guys can avoid clothes shopping at least until summer rolls around. I love this blue gingham whale shirt for $47.99 with the promo code.
Restoration Hardware has 20-50% off everything in stock through 12/16. One of the absolute best gifts my husband and I have ever received was Restoration Hardware sheets and towels (thanks, Mom!!). I’ve tried a bunch of other brands and by far, Restoration Hardware wins the award for amazing linens. Even my husband is bummed when the good sheets are in the wash. We’ve had them for years and they still look brand new. Totally worth the price tag, especially if you can snag them on sale.
Kate Spade has an additional 25% off sale items, plus free shipping with promo code THRILL. This cute little black and white frame comes down to $23 with the coupon code. The Kate Spade frames always come in cute little boxes. Add a picture of yourself, kids or dog and it is bound to be a gift no one will want to return.
Gymboree has 50% off the entire store (including sale). If your kiddos still need a cute Christmas outfit, you’ll absolutely find something here. Pretty sure my son needs this snowflake sweater. Since the sweater is the closest he will get to snow here in Phoenix.
My last weekend sale is the total opposite of anything fashion related. But have you ever had Cheryl & Co. cookies before? I don’t know what they put in them, but they are the most delicious cookie treat I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. When I was pregnant, I might have ordered a gift basket for myself of these little gems. #pregoconfessions. Right now Cheryl has a ton of gift baskets on sale plus free shipping with code FRSHIP. If you are looking for a food gift, go with these. Your gift recipient won’t be disappointed.
That’s all I’ve got for you today. Happy shopping!
