ADORABLE Dresses for Cheap

I’ve written a few posts before about my love of Groopdealz (or Eleventh Avenue, which I think was the company’s attempt at rebranding). I actually have to avoid looking at their email promotions because some of their stuff is so adorable and inexpensive that I have a hard time resisting. Well, today’s email got me. Most of the stuff I’ve ordered from there before has been kid or home related. But today, Groopdealz had a ton of adorable, trendy dresses on sale for uber cheap. I’m talking cheaper than Target (and we all know how much I love Target).

Since I’ve never really ordered clothes from the online store before, I ideally would have like to receive my order before saying these dresses are worth purchasing. Usually when it comes to clothes, price has a huge impact on quality. However, the sales on the items only last a couple days, so I didn’t want everyone to miss out. It sounds like Groopdealz will accept returns if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, so we all  have that to fall back on if it doesn’t work out. Here’s what I found:

I’m in love with this blue and white Callie dress. It sort of reminds me of that classic blue and white china, but in the best way possible. Shift dresses are my go-to, usually because they are a good length on short people like me (I’m 5’3″). This dress is priced at $20.99.

The cold shoulder trend is super hot right now. It is hard to tell by the pictures above, but Groopdealz is actually selling two different cold shoulder dresses: one has ruffle sleeves and the other has sleeves that are straighter. The ruffle sleeve one goes for $16.99 and the other $12.99. Amazing prices and both are perfect for dressing up or down.

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you already know I’m sort of obsessed with the whole tassel and pom pom trend this spring and summer. Therefore, it won’t surprise you to find out I placed an order for this white pom pom lace tunic dress. The best part is this dress is only $14.99!!! Make sure to read the sizing guidelines for this one because it sounds like it runs small.

I know a kimono isn’t exactly a dress, but a ton of people have been wearing kimonos as pool cover-ups this summer. Therefore, I’m bucketing it in the general dress category. The aztec print is great and price is even better at $13.99.

Finally, this scalloped dress reminds me a lot of the J. Crew scalloped dresses we’ve been seeing for a couple seasons now. This dress would be perfect for a shower, wedding or even work. It is available in 8 colors and is only $19.99.

Now, if you haven’t purchased from Groopdealz before, here’s what you need to know. Each item is made and shipped by independent sellers. I tend to think of it as Etsy-like products but on sale. You have to sign-up to view the items (like Zulily or Hautelook), probably so they can keep sending you email advertising. They also have kind of odd shipping pricing. You have to pay for shipping for every single item, but it is cheaper the more you buy. Most of the dresses are $3.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each item after. Obviously, you need to factor this into the cost, but still shipping is minimal considering the initial price is great.

Have you ever tried clothing from Groopdealz before? Yay or nay?
