Happy Friday, friends! It has been quite a week over at my household. Our remodel is reaching the point where we are so close, yet so far away. Tension is high, so I’m choosing to focus on the positives. And today, that is CAMO! By far one of my favorite trends for fall.

If you follow me on Instagram then you already know I’m a tiny bit crazy for camo. The camo trend is a funny one for me. For some reason, I used to think it was meant for outdoorsmen and just not me. But as I started seeing camo done in a preppy manner, I was all about it. It isn’t just about cargo shorts anymore, ladies!!
Over the past few months, I’ve acquired a number of camo things that I’ve been wearing on repeat. It only made sense to round out my favorite camo items and share them with all of you!
Henley, denim shorts, gold mules, cognac bag
Outfit #1: Camo henley. This thermal top jumped out at me back during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. However, I hesitated adding to my cart and it sold out. I actually forgot about it until I was at Nordstrom about a month ago doing a few returns and the saleslady had one lone camo thermal hanging on the rack next to her. It was meant to be and that puppy came home with me that afternoon. My exact thermal shirt is still available, but the camo print is sold out (solid colors still available here) . This one is a different brand, but pretty similar.
Camo shirt jacket, basic tee, denim skirt (C/O Social Threads), black Tory Burch bag
Outfit #2: Camo jacket. So here’s the thing. My love of camo was secured when I saw J. Crew carrying it. I mean, if the king of preppy is into camo, so am I. This top is actually called a “shirt jacket“. Is it a shirt or a jacket? It’s like a choose your own adventure book.
Camo jeans, cream sweater (similar), booties
Outfit #3: Who says the camo party always has to be up top? I love these camo jeans (C/O Sanctuary) because they are a tad more subtle and almost look just like a faded green on first glance. They fit perfectly and are just as comfortable as leggings. I’ll be wearing these over and over this year.
Camo tee, jean shorts, sunglasses
Outfit #4: The camo t-shirt. This camo tee from Social Threads (C/O) has been one of those I’ve worn over and over since the day I got it. It has a cute little tie on the side and is just so dang easy to wear. Bonus, it’s on sale right now and can be worn under a cardigan for year-round use.
Camo leggings, white knot tank (similar), black slip on sneakers
Outfit #5: Camo leggings. I like to say this is our everyday, casual, errand-running camo. These seamless leggings are by Spanx (C/O Evereve) and are flipping amazing. I find them unique because they have more black tones than the usual green army. I’m convinced we all need a pair because they are that good. Next on my list of camo needs is a pair of camo joggers. Just sayin’
Camo t-shirt dress, cardigan, gold mules, purse
Outfit #6: Camo dress. You guys have actually seen this dress before HERE from a post back in Spring. Well, I wore it all summer long and now I’m wearing it again for Fall under a cardigan. Best $11 I’ve spent in a long time.
Now onto the link up! It has been a while since I’ve done a weekly link up, but this week I’m excited to be hosting with a blogger I met in person at NYFW. She’s the sweetest in person and I love that I was able to partner with her on this week’s linkup.
But before I go. What do you guys think of the camo trend? My guess is if you hate it, you closed out my post before getting to this point. Haha. Let me know in the comments below!!
Welcome to the Friday Favorites link up with your co-hosts Liz from Lizzie in Lace and Jenny from The Sensible Shopaholic!

You have so many cute camo pieces! I actually don’t have any in my wardrobe, definitely a wardrobe gap!
Thanks for co-hosting the link up 🙂
Hope that you had a great weekend! It was supposed to be a rainy one here, but we managed to get out in between all the rain which was nice 🙂
